Solutions / AI operations and 24/7 on-call

AI in operations, with engineers on call day and night.

AI agents investigate alerts in seconds and propose a fix. Our on-call engineers review it, approve and act, at any hour. Nothing changes in production without a person saying yes.

What you get.

  • Incidents diagnosed in minutes
  • 24/7 coverage without hiring a night shift
  • Every action approved and recorded

For: Teams without round-the-clock coverage, or drowning in alerts.

How we do it.

24/7 on-call.

Engineers on call every hour of every day, with a clear incident process from the first alert to the post-mortem.

  • On-call rotation with PagerDuty and escalation rules
  • Incident command and war room for major incidents
  • Blameless post-mortems with tracked follow-ups
  • Incident, problem and change records in your ITSM

AI agents for triage.

When an alert fires, an agent reads metrics, logs and cluster state and writes a diagnosis before the engineer opens the laptop.

  • MCP servers for Kubernetes, Terraform and Prometheus
  • Diagnosis and proposed fix attached to the incident
  • Read-only by default; changes only through an approved pull request

Runbooks that answer questions.

Your documentation, post-mortems and runbooks become something on-call can ask in plain language.

  • RAG over runbooks, post-mortems and architecture docs
  • Automated runbook steps with human approval

A night on call

17 minutes from alert to fix.

An example of how AI triage and our on-call engineers work together. The agent does the digging. A person makes the call.

Talk about on-call
  1. The alert fires.

Error rate on checkout crosses the SLO. PagerDuty pages the on-call engineer and, at the same moment, starts the AI agent.

  2. The agent investigates.

It reads metrics, logs and cluster events with read-only access and finds the pods restarting out of memory after the last release.

  3. A fix is proposed.

The diagnosis and a pull request raising the memory limit are attached to the incident, with the evidence behind them.

  4. An engineer decides.

Our on-call engineer reviews the evidence, approves the change and watches it roll out.

  5. Resolved and recorded.

Errors back to normal. The timeline, the decision and the follow-ups go into the post-mortem you read in the morning.
